Reporting a technical issue

Tell us what happened and what you expected. It helps to include:

The page where it happened
Your device and browser, e.g. Android phone with Chrome
The steps you took, and any error message you saw

Reporting incorrect information

Let us know which page it’s on, what looks wrong, and what you believe is correct. A link to a reliable source helps us check it.

A planner result looks wrong

Planner figures are estimates, and when no live routing is connected, distances are estimated from a road factor. First check how the calculations work.

If a result still seems off, send us the start, destination, via places, and vehicle settings you used, along with what you expected.

Suggesting a feature or place

We welcome ideas, including places you’d like added to the planner’s built-in list. Tell us what you’d like and how you would use it.
