JOURNEYWHEELS / HELP & INFORMATION
Privacy Policy
This policy describes the features provided by JourneyWheels. It does not replace any privacy terms that apply to services you choose to use separately.
Travel tool inputs
The five planning tools perform their calculations in your browser. This plugin does not transmit your entered budgets, names, packing items or itinerary details to our server, and does not store them in cookies, local storage or a user account. Refreshing or leaving the page clears the working state. Printed and downloaded results are controlled by you.
Contact messages
If you submit the contact form, we receive your name, email address and message through the site’s configured email system. We use that information to respond to your inquiry and address reported problems. Do not include passport numbers, payment details or other sensitive documents. We do not intentionally use contact details for marketing.
Technical information
Our hosting provider and website infrastructure may process connection information such as IP address, request time, browser information and error logs for website delivery and security. The contact form uses a short-lived, hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions. It expires after approximately one hour.
Cookies and third-party services
The JourneyWheels plugin adds no advertising, analytics, tracking cookies or externally hosted fonts. WordPress login cookies apply to signed-in site administrators. Hosting, security services, themes or other plugins may have separate behavior. If analytics, advertising, embedded content or additional services are added, this notice must be updated and appropriate consent controls used where required.
Retention and requests
Contact correspondence may remain in the site operator’s email system while an inquiry is handled and for legitimate recordkeeping, security or legal needs. You can ask about access, correction or deletion through our contact page. Applicable rights and retention obligations depend on your location and the circumstances.
Children and sensitive information
The website is not designed to collect information from children. Avoid putting sensitive information into contact messages or shared travel plans.
Contact and changes
Use our contact page for privacy questions. This policy may change when website features or services change.
